About Me

The Person Behind the Code

Backend-heavy, full-stack work across products, internal tools, Telegram systems and the web. I like owning the whole thing, from business logic and data to deployment and the parts users actually touch

Arsenty Streltsov

A quick intro

I'm a backend developer with a project management background, building production-ready systems, APIs and digital products. I work across backend architecture, databases, integrations and deployment, but I'm equally comfortable shaping the product around the code

I've built real-time Telegram platforms for 500+ participants, shipped an MVP in 3 months, and worked with systems supporting up to 15,000 concurrent users. I like owning the whole path from idea and architecture to a working product

DeliMoney is a Telegram-based service for people who share expenses with friends, family or travel groups. Users can create a group, add expenses, split them between people and see who owes whom, without having to keep everything in a spreadsheet or calculate it manually. The service also supports different currencies, tips, repayments and receipt photos, which can be turned into structured expenses automatically.

I built the system end to end, including the Telegram bot, WebApp, backend, database, payments, admin panel and production infrastructure. The project is designed as a real product rather than a demo, with tools for subscriptions, analytics, user management and ongoing operations.

Stack

  • Python
  • Flask
  • aiogram
  • PostgreSQL
  • Redis
  • SQLAlchemy
  • OpenAI
  • Nginx
  • GitHub Actions

What I built

  • AI receipt processing

A user sends a photo of a receipt and the system extracts the items and amounts, creates a structured expense and asks the user to confirm it

  • Financial calculation engine

Handles shared expenses, custom allocations, different currencies, historical exchange rates, tips and repayments

  • Production backend architecture

Redis-backed webhook processing, payment validation, background jobs, admin tools, automated deployment and security controls

Admin Systems

  • Backend Developer
  • Full-stack Developer

These are the internal systems behind the products I build. They are used by business owners, operators and teams to manage what is happening inside a product without having to touch the database or code. Depending on the project, an admin panel can be used to manage users, payments, content, leads, messages, legal documents or analytics.

Across different projects, I built admin systems for Telegram services, websites, CRM workflows and production operations. The goal was not simply to create CRUD screens, but to turn complicated business processes into clear workflows that people can actually use every day.

Stack

  • Python
  • Flask
  • FastAPI
  • Next.js
  • PostgreSQL
  • Redis
  • JWT / Sessions
  • Nginx

What I built

  • CRM and workflow management

Lead pipelines with defined statuses, automatic transitions, event history and tools for following up with prospects

  • Operational control panels

User management, payments, subscriptions, broadcasts, delivery tracking, content management and analytics in one place

  • Secure administrative environments

Authentication, password hashing, CSRF protection, rate limiting, audit logs and protected actions for sensitive operations

03Backend / Automation

Telegram Systems

  • Backend Developer

I build Telegram bots as complete applications, not just simple chat interfaces. They are used for very different purposes: helping users manage everyday tasks and expenses, helping guests interact with an event, helping students process lectures, or organizing shared tasks and purchases.

Behind the Telegram interface, each project has its own backend, database and business logic. Users can go through multi-step flows, create and update shared data, receive scheduled reminders, upload files or voice messages and interact with AI-powered features, while the backend handles permissions, state, background processing and persistence.

Stack

  • Python
  • aiogram
  • FastAPI
  • aiohttp
  • PostgreSQL
  • OpenAI
  • Whisper
  • FFmpeg
  • systemd

What I built

  • Stateful conversational systems

Multi-step workflows using FSM, inline keyboards, callbacks and persistent state instead of treating every message as a separate command

  • Custom scheduling engine

Timezone-aware reminders with seven scheduling modes, user-specific schedules and three levels of escalation after missed deadlines

  • AI voice pipeline

Voice message → FFmpeg processing → Whisper transcription → GPT intent recognition → user confirmation → database action

Web Products

I build websites and web products for businesses that need more than a collection of static pages. Depending on the project, that can mean a local business website focused on enquiries, a creative studio portfolio, an e-commerce interface, a restaurant site or a full web product with its own CMS, CRM and analytics.

The common idea is to connect the public website with what happens behind it. A visitor can discover a service, explore a portfolio or product, submit an enquiry and enter a real business workflow, while the owner can manage content, leads and other parts of the system without asking a developer to change the code.

Stack

  • Next.js
  • React
  • TypeScript
  • Tailwind
  • GSAP
  • Node.js
  • SQLite
  • PostHog
  • Nginx

What I built

  • Custom CMS

Clients can manage projects, categories, customers, content and legal pages themselves instead of editing the website code

  • Lead generation and attribution

Forms, tracking links, server-side events and CRM workflows connect website activity with actual leads and sales processes

  • Production-ready web infrastructure

Image optimization, dynamic SEO, protected admin areas, on-demand content updates and automated deployment
